High-Voltage NDT X Ray Portable X-Ray Generator
Basic Info
Frequency conversion air insulation portable X-ray generator can be widely used in shipbuilding, machinery manufacturing,aviation, rail, pressure vessels, boilers, oil, chemical, defense industry and other departments for non-destructive testing.
Particularly applicable to construction site operation and high-altitude operations.
1.Controller
(1)The special design of high frequency technology can avoid the interference by power spikes.Even though the voltage changes,it can still work.
(2)All the signal wires in the controller are imported from South Korea to improve the quality.
(3)Take the isolation technology of the low voltage and the high voltage to ensure the controller working steady.
(4)Posses the reliable "time-delayed" function, suitable to operate in the open field.
(5)High degree of automation with the function of trouble shooting and indication.
(6)Controller adopts design of hardware with a wide operative range,having the advantage of long service and low failure rate.
(7)Strictly comply with 1:1 working/resting regulation,eliminating the disoperation.
2.Generator
(1)Safe and reliable generator adopts design of SF6 gaseous insulator,grounded-anode,and air fan cooling.
(2)High purity and high density aluminium radiator is specially designed for our instrument.High temperature installation technology is adopted to improve 30% heat radiation.
(3)The HV coils made by imported enamel wire are applied in the X-ray generator,so as to make the quality of the complete equipment improved a great deal.
(4)The new technology can guarantee the machine to keep shooting for 30 minutes.

Q1. Can I have a sample order ?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 20-45days for order quantity more than 1000.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q5. How to proceed an order?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
